Smoked Pork Tenderloin recipe
Few people that own a smoker use it as often as they could. Take advantage of the smoker sitting in your garage with this outrageous recipe for marinated, smoked tenderloin.
Ingredients:
1 (2-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed
2 cups dry white wine
½ cup apple juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1) Place tenderloin in a large resealable bag; add remaining ingredients. Seal, removing excess air, and shake well to coat; refrigerate 4 to 12 hours.
2) Preheat smoker to 200°F. Remove pork from marinade, shaking off excess. Place pork in smoker and cook until inside temperature reaches 155°F. Remove from smoker and let stand 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
