Grilled Sweet & Sour Pork Tenderloin recipe
Try this grilled tenderloin with roasted vegetables and a side of steamed rice. Sheer perfection found in sheer simplicity.
Ingredients:
1 (2-pound) pork tenderloin, trimmed
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
1) Place pork in a large baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; whisk well. Pour marinade over pork; cover and refrigerate overnight.
2) Preheat grill to medium. Remove pork from marinade, shaking off excess.
3) Grill pork until temperature reaches 165°F, about 20 to 25 minutes. Slice and serve.
